If you miss or cancel your appointment and do not provide the courtesy of at least a 48-hour notice, I will charge 50% of the cost of the service scheduled. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I will have to reschedule your service. ​ If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. Due to liability, and the nature of the space I am in, children will no longer be allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. I strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all my guests and I care about the safety and well-being of your little ones.
